Our academic venue and facilities are available throughout the year for meetings, conferences, functions, exhibitions and training events. As a general rule, we can only accommodate residential conferences and events from mid-June to mid-September.

Event and venue rates rates

QM offers highly competitive rates in a number of venue ranges:

• Residential delegate rates from £90 to £115
• Non-residential delegate rates from £33 to £45
• Venue hire rates from £65
• Residential Accommodation for Conferences, Bed & Breakfast Basis:
  Single standard bedroom : £41 + VAT
  Single En-suite bedroom: £48 + VAT
  Twin En-suite bedroom: £73 + VAT
