ALL CHANGE FOR EVENTS AND HOSPITALITY QM RATES IN 2015!
Many of our existing clients will be aware that our rates have traditionally changed in January of each calendar year. From January 2015, we are changing this; rates will now change for conference clients from the 1st August each year, while for accommodation clients the rate change will continue to take place on the 1st January each year.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?
CONFERENCE CLIENTS:
| Conference clients with existing confirmed bookings for 2015: |
| Clients who have already booked and confirmed conference events during 2015 will already have secured the 2014 rates. |
| Conference clients with NEW enquiries for 2015, which take place after the 31st July 2015 but are booked and confirmed by 31st July 2015: |
| The good news is that we are extending our 2014 conference rates to all bookings in 2015 provided they are booked and confirmed by 31st July 2015. |
| Conference clients with NEW enquiries for 2015, which take place between the 1st August 2015 and 31st December 2015 and are not booked and confirmed by 31st July 2015: |
| All bookings will be made using the 2015-16 rates, which will be available from May 2015. |
GROUP ACCOMMODATION CLIENTS:
| Group accommodation clients with existing confirmed bookings for 2015: |
| Clients who have already booked and confirmed group accommodation stays during the summer of 2015 will have secured the 2014 rates. |
| Group accommodation clients with NEW enquiries for 2015, booked and confirmed by 31st December 2014: |
| The good news is that we are extending our 2014 group accommodation rates to all bookings in 2015 provided they are booked and confirmed by 31st December 2014. |
| Group accommodation clients with NEW enquiries for 2015, booked and confirmed after 31st December 2014: |
| All bookings will be made using the summer 2015 rates, which are available on the groups website at www.qmaccommodation.co.uk/group |
ACCOMMODATION ROOM OPTION CHANGES FROM SUMMER 2015
From summer 2015 we are no longer offering twin rooms, clients with existing bookings for this room type will have their booking honoured, but we will not be taking any new bookings for stays on a twin room basis.
