Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. You can check-in at Reception located in France House, Westfield Village, Mile End Campus.
There is a data projector in all rooms and all lecture theatres have lectern microphones.
We are committed to providing a high quality service to all our guests. When something goes wrong we would like to hear from you; this will help us improve our standards. If you have any concerns about the service you have received, please refer to the Complaints Procedure [PDF 452KB] gives details of how to formalise your concerns.
You are more than welcome to bring your own wine, champagne, spirits and beer with you to your event, we just require a corkage charge of £10 per bottle for wine, £15 per bottle for champagne/spirit and £10 per case of 24 beers. We do have an extensive wine list available via our in house Queen Mary Hospitality team, please refer to our for more details.
Queen Mary buildings are compliant under the Equalities Act. Should you have guests with specific requirements please let the Queen Mary Venues team know so they can ensure the facilities are suitable / advise you of specific details.
Mile End & Whitechapel: There are a number of cafés and catering outlets on the Mile End campus and a cafe on the Whitechapel campus.
Charterhouse Square & West Smithfield: There are a number of local cafés and restaurants in the surrounding areas of both campuses.
In an emergency please dial extension 3333 (020 7882 3333) and Queen Mary Security will either call a first aid officer or an ambulance as appropriate.

This is open daily from 07:00 to 03:00 (closed 03:00–07:00), except on UK Public holidays, when it is open 07:00–22:00.

We are able to accept deliveries for events prior to the event date, please contact your event coordinator who will confirm the address to send items to.

You can sign up to our Queen Mary Venues mailing list by filling out our form on MailChimp who manage our signups and list.
We would expect to send emails out to this list with the following frequency and schedule:

Parking is extremely limited on campus and you are therefore advised to take public transport to reach Queen Mary. Limited parking is available at weekends only. Details of public parking in the vicinity can be found at: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgnl/transport_and_streets/parking.aspx
A post box is located on campus outside the Joseph Priestley building (no. 41 on our campus map).
We regret that we are unable to accept any postal deliveries for guests staying in our accommodation.

You will have access to the venue 30 minutes before your booking for set up. Should you need extra time please speak to your event coordinator.
You can get the number 25 bus from the end of Westfield Way to Stratford to head into the Olympic park via Westfield Stratford (details via Reception or the Sales team).
Many areas are covered by WiFi, however a login is required. For residential guests this can be arranged via Reception in the Westfield Village and for non residential guests and organisers please contact our team. Please note 24 hours notice is required.
